First Officer (Pilot)

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a First Officer to join its flight‑deck team. You will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient flights while developing the leadership skills needed for future command.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Captain with flight preparation, navigation and operation.
• Maintain continuous independent monitoring of aircraft position, terrain and weather.
• Provide clear communication and advice to support safe decision‑making.
• Uphold Etihad’s standards of discipline, conduct and appearance.
• Assume command of the aircraft if the Captain becomes incapacitated.
