First Officer – Pilot

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a First Officer to join its flight‑deck team. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and world‑class service on a modern, expanding fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Captain with all phases of flight preparation, navigation and operation, adhering to Etihad’s procedures and regulatory standards.
• Continuously monitor aircraft position, terrain and weather to ensure safe navigation.
• Provide clear communication and advice to the Captain to aid decision‑making.
• Maintain high standards of discipline, conduct and personal appearance.
• Assume command in the event of Captain incapacitation, following established protocols.
