Fleet Operations Executive – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an organised Fleet Operations Executive to join our Milton Keynes team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the efficient management of both business and private vehicle fleets, handling a range of administrative and compliance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming post, fines, email enquiries and manage V5 documentation.
• Handle parking permits, travel abroad documentation and invoice processing in line with UK regulations.
• Maintain accurate fleet records using internal systems and produce regular reports.
• Support customers and internal teams with fleet‑related queries, including road‑legal requirements, recalls and cherished plate transfers.
• Coordinate the defleet process, arrange vehicle collection and manage end‑of‑contract billing.
• Attend court for statutory declarations or justice summons as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in collections or customer service (preferred but not essential).
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work to predefined outcomes.
• Professional discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, initially at Newport Pagnell then at Milton Keynes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with fleet management systems.
• Competent filing, organisation and record‑keeping.
• Experience preparing invoices, paperwork and monthly reporting.
