FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative – Sandbach

About the role

We are seeking a reliable FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team in Sandbach. This position combines counter‑balance forklift operation with general warehouse and yard duties, supporting the smooth flow of goods throughout the site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a counter‑balance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods in the warehouse and external yard areas.
• Support goods‑in processes and move stock, materials and equipment as required.
• Assist with picking, packing and general housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Valid counter‑balance FLT licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or yard environment.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
