Food & Beverage Assistant – Front of House Host

About the role

Join the Country Court family as a Front of House Host at Neale Court Care Home in Lincoln. You will play a vital part in delivering a warm, homely dining experience for residents, supporting their wellbeing through attentive food and beverage service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve meals, snacks and beverages to residents.
• Replenish snack stations throughout the day.
• Clean up after meals and maintain tidy dining areas.
• Re‑lay tables and cloths between service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining spaces.

Required profile

• Proactive, passionate and ambitious attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in the food or restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety standards.
• Friendly, caring approach with the ability to engage residents and families.
• Understanding of dementia care.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
