Forward Deployed AI Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed AI Operator to join Euphoric’s fast‑growing AI‑first benefits platform. In this role you will bridge engineering, product and client delivery, ensuring our AI‑native solution is successfully implemented for large enterprise customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end platform implementation for enterprise clients, from onboarding to live deployment, including on‑site visits and international travel.
• Perform deep document analysis, extraction and data input to feed the platform’s AI learning pipelines.
• Design and refine AI evaluation frameworks, craft prompts across the product suite, and monitor analytics on production data.
• Build internal agentic AI workflows that automate manual processes.
• Experiment with cutting‑edge tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and custom MCP integrations, and evaluate emerging AI tooling.

Required profile

• Strong technical curiosity and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a bias for action.
• Willingness to travel and engage directly with client stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Claude Code.
• Proficiency using Cursor.
• Knowledge of custom MCP integrations.
• Prompt engineering for generative AI.
• Document analysis and data extraction techniques.
