Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Seamflow is building AI‑powered workflows for certification, inspection and conformity assessment. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will work directly inside customer operations, understand real‑world workflows, and turn that knowledge into production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Embed yourself in client teams, observe and document how technical reviews and inspections are actually performed.
• Translate observed workflows into system specifications, then design, build and ship full‑stack solutions (frontend, backend, data model and AI model layer).
• Run discovery calls, write detailed specs, develop prototypes quickly, and iterate based on real user feedback.
• Own the end‑to‑end product surface from day one, collaborating closely with founders and other engineers.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping a complex, user‑facing product that has been used in production.
• Ability to work directly with non‑technical experts, extract the true workflow, and build the entire solution yourself.
• Fast execution with good judgement – ship quickly, but know when to say no to unnecessary features.
