FP&A Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager will support the organisation’s financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and performance management. Working closely with the Director of FP&A, Financial Control and business leaders, you will turn financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles across the business.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and long‑range financial plans using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Build driver‑based financial models and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management reports, executive dashboards and Board reporting packs, analysing variances against budget, forecast and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Financial Control team to ensure accurate, reconciled data for reporting.
• Provide insightful financial and operational analysis to identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with operational, commercial and functional leaders to challenge assumptions and support strategic initiatives through financial modelling and business cases.
