About the role
We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in the UK. You will provide professional, timely support to end‑users via phone and email, representing our client’s brand and ensuring a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries in French and English through phone and email.
- Deliver accurate product information and guide customers through procedures.
- Investigate issues, log cases, and escalate to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client products and services.
- Provide feedback on incident root causes and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
