French-Speaking Sales Development Representative (ClayDR)

About the role

The ClayDR is a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative who will own the francophone market, converting high‑volume demand into qualified opportunities and exceptional lead experiences. You will work closely with the Growth team, using AI‑enabled tools to focus on high‑impact conversations and help shape the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to ensure no lead is left behind.
• Develop a deep understanding of the GTM industry and key personas (RevOps, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to identify problems Clay can solve.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for GTM Engineers, providing them with the right information to win deals.
• Provide structured feedback on signals, workflows, and plays to improve Clay based on real‑life testing.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, SDR, or BDR roles within a SaaS or tech environment (exceptional entry‑level candidates considered).
• Based in London and willing to work onsite five days a week.
• Native or fluent French speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Resilient, relationship‑focused, and eager to learn.
