French Speaking Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Sales Manager to join our fast‑growing international B2B events business in London. The role combines new‑business development with the management of existing client relationships across our exhibition and sponsorship portfolio in France.

Key responsibilities

• Manage exhibition and sponsorship sales for a portfolio of B2B events.
• Drive new business while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Identify commercial opportunities and build strategic sales pipelines.
• Create tailored proposals and present solutions to prospective clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support the wider commercial strategy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, events, exhibitions or sponsorship.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Organised with high attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and commercially minded.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
