Front-End Developer – Hybrid (Blackburn)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Front-End Developer to join our busy technical team in Blackburn, working on a hybrid model. You will lead the design and development of scalable web applications, collaborating closely with product, leadership and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define front‑end architecture and development standards using best practices.
• Build secure, maintainable codebases with modern React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product, leadership and marketing teams to deliver features.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Oversee API integrations and drive performance optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong front‑end web development experience.
• Proven expertise with React and scalable front‑end architectures.
• Deep understanding of component‑driven design and state management.
• Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma is desirable.
