Front of House Supervisor

About the role

Our client, an organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a seamless visitor experience within a prestigious environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all visitors receive service excellence with a warm and courteous welcome from Guest Services Ambassadors.
• Collect customer feedback continuously and address concerns to ensure resolution.
• Act as a liaison between clients and hosts, providing accurate local area knowledge.
• Proactively manage enquiries, requests, or complaints through various communication channels.
• Lead the team by promoting a culture of service excellence and recognising outstanding performance.
• Strategically plan team rotas for VIP events and meetings to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Conduct audits to maintain the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness in reception areas.
• Support the development of Guest Services team members, fostering their growth as customer service professionals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in a Front of House role within a corporate environment, 5‑star hotel, members club, or flagship airline.
• Self‑motivated attitude with a commitment to driving service excellence.
• Fluency in leading reception services and familiarity with internal/external communication methods.
• Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Positive “can do” attitude, empathy and outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while providing discreet and personalised service.
