Frontend Developer (JavaScript/TypeScript)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to build and maintain high‑quality user interfaces for critical client projects. You will work with modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies, ensuring seamless experiences across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust front‑end architectures using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Implement designs with Node and Nunjucks, maintaining consistency across devices.
• Collaborate with back‑end developers to integrate APIs effectively.
• Apply Test‑Driven Development (TDD) practices to guarantee code quality.
• Ensure compliance with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards where required.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle from planning through deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in frontend development, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of Node and Nunjucks templating.
• Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and API integration.
• Familiarity with GDS standards is highly desirable.
