FS Tax Manager

About the role

Join a leading accountancy and tax advisory firm as an FS Tax Manager, working within a specialist corporation tax team focused on the Financial Services sector. You will enjoy varied advisory work, strong client exposure and clear progression potential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the corporation tax compliance process for a portfolio of standalone and group clients within the Financial Services sector.
• Deliver advisory support on restructures, group tax planning, international matters and transactions.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and collaborate with Partners to implement them.
• Support, line‑manage and develop junior staff while contributing to business development activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing a corporate tax portfolio within a practice environment.
• Strong client‑facing abilities, capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence to influence, advise and build relationships at all levels.
• CTA qualification preferred; Alpha Tax experience advantageous.
