Full Stack Developer – Lead Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Lead Consultant who will act as a full‑stack developer, driving end‑to‑end delivery for client engagements. You will combine business consulting with hands‑on technical design, development and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Anchor the engagement from business process consulting through solution design, development and deployment.
• Define problems, discover overall solutions and guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Provide architectural and design review advice as a domain thought‑leader.
• Lead business pursuit initiatives, client training and internal capability‑building activities.

Required profile

• Full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .Net and WPF.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud‑native development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Preferred familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools.
