AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

CyberOne is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and deliver AI‑driven automation that improves internal efficiency. Working in a hybrid setting (London office one day per week and remote), you will partner with business and technical stakeholders to transform manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions to map current processes, systems, pain points and manual activities.
• Identify, prioritize and prototype AI and automation opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
• Design future‑state workflows, including human‑in‑the‑loop controls, guardrails and monitoring.
• Develop AI applications, agents and automation workflows and integrate them with existing APIs, databases and cloud services.
• Test solutions, measure effectiveness against defined outcomes and transition successful prototypes into production.
• Contribute to a reusable AI architecture, engineering patterns and the long‑term internal AI roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with experience building real‑world applications.
• Hands‑on experience creating AI agents, tool‑calling workflows or deterministic automation.
• Proven ability to analyse business processes and translate ambiguous problems into concrete technical designs.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills, comfortable working independently in a green‑field environment.
