Gas Engineer - Domestic Installation Specialist

About the role

Join a leading retail leader as a Gas Engineer based in the Spennymoor (Durham) area. You will play a crucial role in our customer service circuit, ensuring high-quality installations and exceptional service delivery directly in our customers' homes.

Main Missions

• Work in a dedicated two-person team alongside a driver to visit customer premises.
• Install a wide range of domestic appliances, from gas cookers to integrated appliances.
• Ensure all gas and electrical installations are completed safely and to the highest professional standards.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding their new products.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers during every visit.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in the installation of gas cookers and ovens.
• Must hold valid ACS qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1) and Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
• Strong commitment to safety and technical excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
