Graduate Consultant – Technology & Public Sector

Actica is seeking recent graduates who want to launch a career in consulting and technology. As a Graduate Consultant you will join a collaborative team delivering complex, technology‑driven projects for UK public‑sector organisations such as the Home Office, Ministry of Defence, Department for Transport and others. You will work on a variety of technical and business challenges, including cyber security, architecture development, data engineering, analytics and artificial intelligence, while gaining commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement experience. The role offers structured guidance, mentorship and the chance to contribute to projects early in your career, with opportunities to specialise in areas like technical architecture, operational research, strategy development and AI as you progress. Working under a hybrid model, you will split time between the Guildford office, other locations and client sites, with occasional travel as required. Actica is committed to an inclusive workplace and provides a supportive development programme, a discretionary bonus scheme, pension, cycle‑to‑work, electric‑car leasing and other benefits.
