Senior Mobile App Developer – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile App Developer to join a growing technology team responsible for developing and enhancing high‑quality native mobile applications used by customers across the UK. This role involves working on modern mobile applications from design through to deployment, collaborating with product, design and backend teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Build new features and improve existing functionality.
• Work with Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit for iOS development.
• Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Integrate REST APIs and third‑party services.
• Write clean, maintainable and scalable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Mentor and support other developers within the team.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience developing native applications on both iOS and Android.
• Passion for building quality software.
• Experience with Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Experience with Kotlin and Java.
• Proven track record publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Hands‑on experience integrating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Proficiency with Git and modern development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
