Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate with a positive attitude to join our fast‑growing engineering recruitment team in Exeter. You will be trained to become a professional consultant, developing relationships with new clients and helping them find the right engineering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships, presenting our recruitment services.
• Write compelling job adverts and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Interview, shortlist and present candidates to clients.
• Support strategic sales and business development initiatives.
• Learn recruitment processes through classroom and live training.

What we offer

• Starting salary £28,000, rising to £32,000 on promotion.
• Commission structure with OTE of £45‑£50k.
