About the role

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing team in Exeter. This full‑time, phone‑led position offers a clear pathway from entry level to director based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for engineering, energy, technology and construction roles.
• Build client relationships and win new business through proactive outreach.
• Manage recruitment processes from briefing through to offer and placement.
• Negotiate offers and close placements, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Develop specialist knowledge within your assigned market.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Coachable attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Motivation to earn and progress quickly.
• Sales experience helpful but not essential.
