About the role

Join Ernest Gordon Recruitment as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant focused on engineering sectors. This full‑time trainee position offers hands‑on experience from day one, allowing you to develop your sales and recruitment skills while working with real clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage engineering talent for client vacancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Participate in structured training sessions and live coaching.
