About the role

Join Tradewind Recruitment’s Impact Academy in Birmingham as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. You’ll receive elite training, fast‑track progression and uncapped commission while placing candidates in schools.

Key responsibilities

• Interview and place candidates into schools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client schools.
• Achieve weekly KPIs and performance targets.
• Develop sales, negotiation and influencing skills through daily coaching.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong work ethic.
• Former teacher or someone with experience in fast‑paced sales (e.g., car sales, phone sales, estate agency).
• Competitive, resilient and motivated by targets and commission.
• Willing to learn recruitment with no prior experience required.
