About the role

This 9‑11 month Industrial Placement in Human Resources starts in August 2027 and is designed for a penultimate‑year university student graduating in 2029. You will own end‑to‑end campus recruiting, manage stakeholder relationships and support the development of recruitment strategies across early‑career channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute regional candidate acquisition activities for interns, graduates and apprentices, including events and assessment strategies.
  • Partner with Early Career Planning teams to schedule and attend campus, recruitment and school events.
  • Develop and deliver data‑driven attraction strategies based on university and organisational insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement recruitment strategies and monitor progress.

Required profile

  • Penultimate‑year university student, graduating in 2029.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Proactive, initiative‑taking with ability to prioritise and multitask.
