Key responsibilities

• Interview and place candidates into schools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client schools.
• Achieve weekly KPIs and sales performance targets.
• Develop sales, negotiation and influencing skills through daily coaching.
• Participate in business development activities and client account growth.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or ex‑teacher seeking higher earning potential.
• Proven work ethic, preferably with experience in fast‑paced sales (e.g., car sales, phone sales, estate agency).
• Competitive, resilient and motivated by targets and commission.
• No prior recruitment experience required – attitude outweighs CV.

• £30,000 starting salary.
