Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Legal Sector

About the role

We are looking for energetic graduates to join our fast‑growing international recruitment firm as Recruitment Consultants specialising in the legal market. Based in a modern office in London’s Heron Tower, you will work with either the European or US division, supporting law firms and in‑house legal teams across the UK, Europe and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior legal candidates and client organisations.
• Source, qualify and present high‑calibre legal professionals for permanent and contract roles.
• Manage the interview process, negotiate offers and ensure a smooth placement experience.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking and market research.
• Achieve individual revenue targets and contribute to team performance metrics.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong commercial mindset and ambition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑pressure, target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to learn the legal recruitment sector quickly.

What we offer

• Base salary £28,000‑£30,000 plus uncapped commission.
