About the role

Join a fast‑growing technology recruitment agency as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. You will receive an intensive 8‑week training programme, a dedicated mentor and the chance to start earning commission from day one while supporting candidates and clients in the tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for technology and software roles across leading global brands.
• Write compelling job adverts and conduct headhunting for niche talent.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Meet weekly targets for candidate and client interactions.

Required profile

• University degree (2025/2026 graduates) or proven sales experience.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven and resilient.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results.
• Competitive mindset; sporting achievements are a plus.
• Coachability and a desire for continuous learning.
