About the role

We are seeking recent university graduates to join London schools in a range of support positions, including Graduate Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Cover Supervisor, Behaviour Support Mentor and Academic Tutor. The role provides hands‑on classroom experience while you help students with learning, development and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist qualified teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
• Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group learning support to pupils who need extra help.
• Cover classes as a Cover Supervisor when regular teachers are absent.
• Support behaviour management and act as a mentor for students.
• Deliver academic tutoring and monitor student progress.
• Follow safeguarding policies and promote a safe learning environment.
