About the role
We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our London team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. You will be placed with leading recruitment agencies, receiving personalised support to launch a successful career in sales and talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build client pipelines.
- Create and publish adverts for open positions.
- Leverage social networking platforms to source candidates.
- Interview and prepare candidates for client interviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a drive for high achievement.
- Excellent communicator comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Highly competitive and results‑oriented.
- Proactive, resilient and willing to go the extra mile.
