About the role

Join a dynamic aeronautics team in Luton as a Ground Operations Safety, Security and Compliance Coordinator. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding daily ground activities, ensuring all operations meet the highest safety and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations for ground operations.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency and safety culture.
• Design, deliver and monitor training programmes focused on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Record, analyse and report safety incidents, ensuring prompt corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices and emerging threats.

Required profile

• Background in safety management, aviation operations or a related discipline (preferred).
• Previous experience in a safety, security or compliance role within an aviation or transport environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaison with diverse teams.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
