About the role

Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Lifeguard at David Lloyd Clubs in Liverpool. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable pool environment for members. You will work alongside a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor poolside areas to ensure member safety at all times.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations for all pool facilities.
• Perform regular pool water tests according to company guidelines.
• Accurately record and file all required documentation.
• Assist members to ensure they have a great experience.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.

Required profile

• Hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).
• Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
• Strong communication, engagement and active‑listening abilities.
• Team‑player who shares knowledge and best practice.
• Ability to stay alert and react quickly in high‑pressure situations.
