Group Treasury Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Group Treasury Manager to join Global University Systems’ finance team in London. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will own the external debt facility of Global Academic Holdings Limited and oversee all related accounting, cash‑flow and risk management activities across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity for the GAHL Group, preparing cash forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Coordinate intercompany treasury flows with subsidiary finance teams and ensure accurate monthly cash reconciliations.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate financial risks, including interest‑rate and foreign‑exchange exposure.
• Maintain compliance with banking covenants, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Produce cash‑flow forecasts and actuals for treasury management and senior‑management review.
• Oversee financial accounting for the two treasury companies, delivering timely monthly financials and statutory accounts.
• Prepare treasury notes for the consolidated GAHL Group annual report in line with IFRS.
• Support the Group Financial Controller on ad‑hoc projects and liaise with external auditors during year‑end audits.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in treasury or group reporting within a large international organisation.
• Proven experience managing a group debt facility and intercompany funding.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and take initiative.
