About the role

We are seeking a Growth Strategy Consultant to join a boutique advisory firm that partners with leading professional services organisations. You will work on high‑impact strategic projects, helping clients define and execute growth initiatives across markets and service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classic corporate strategy projects, including growth, go‑to‑market, proposition development and market validation.
• Test and validate strategic hypotheses using market intelligence and client insights.
• Contribute to workshop design, client presentations and interim touch‑points.
• Help shape and build new service propositions as the team expands.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate strategy consulting.
• Strong grounding in classic corporate strategy frameworks.
• Comfortable with hypothesis‑led work, client‑facing delivery and stakeholder engagement.
