Head of Communications – Brand & Campaign Strategy

About the role

Tottenham Hotspur is seeking a senior communications leader to shape and deliver integrated brand and partner campaigns. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, you will work closely with Brand Marketing and Commercial teams to embed purpose‑driven storytelling across all consumer‑facing communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and planning for major partner campaigns and activations.
• Ensure commercial narratives are authentic, culturally relevant and aligned with the Club’s positioning.
• Integrate partner campaigns within the wider communications calendar and elevate storytelling to strengthen supporter connections.
• Own and embed an integrated communications planning framework across the Club.
• Act as senior strategic lead on high‑profile commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in communications, brand or marketing within a large, consumer‑facing organisation.
• Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of football culture and commercial growth.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive disciplined planning processes.
• Passion for translating purpose into compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
