Head of Ecommerce & Social Commerce (US)

About the role

The Head of Ecommerce & Social Commerce (US) will lead the commercial performance of the company’s largest international market, shaping strategy, driving customer acquisition and ensuring profitable growth across ecommerce and social commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L and commercial performance of the US ecommerce business.
• Develop and execute the digital trading strategy across ecommerce, social commerce, CRM and acquisition channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention through data‑led decision making.
• Design CRM and lifecycle marketing programmes to increase customer lifetime value.
• Optimise onsite performance, merchandising and the overall US customer experience.
• Lead social commerce initiatives, creator partnerships and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximise commercial results.
• Champion innovation in ecommerce technology, AI and emerging platforms.
• Build and develop a high‑performing digital team and influence broader commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading ecommerce growth in a fast‑paced retail, consumer or D2C business.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of trading internationally, particularly in the US market.
• Ability to use data, customer insight and commercial thinking to identify and execute growth opportunities.
