Head of Growth & Digital Systems

About the role

We are looking for a senior, hands‑on Head of Growth & Digital Systems to own digital growth across an established digital services business and its related ventures. Working closely with the Founder, you will take what is already working, spot new opportunities and build the digital infrastructure needed to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digital growth and customer acquisition across existing services.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns, including Google Ads.
• Develop targeted campaigns for specific services such as pension rebates.
• Identify new customer and service segments to expand revenue.
• Improve website performance, conversion rates and customer journeys.
• Review and enhance analytics, tracking and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with developers to prioritise website and platform improvements.
• Implement structured project management using Monday.com.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with a strong analytical approach.
• Hands‑on experience in digital growth, ecommerce or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to optimise the full customer journey from acquisition to conversion.
• Comfortable working closely with founders and cross‑functional teams.
