About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Head of Legal to cover a 12‑14‑month maternity leave. Reporting to the Group CFO and working closely with the CCO and executive team, you will lead the legal function of a fast‑growing, private‑equity‑backed international group operating in 26 jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

Drive the execution of cross‑border M&A transactions, from LOI through due diligence, documentation, signing, completion and post‑completion integration.
Provide day‑to‑day legal support on commercial contracts, intellectual property, corporate governance, dispute management, data‑privacy, cyber‑security, equity and debt financing, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor with at least 8‑10 years post‑qualification experience, strong background in M&A and commercial law.
Proven senior in‑house experience leading a lean legal team across multiple jurisdictions and partnering with executive leadership.
