Head of Operations

About the role

KÍLÉNTÀR, a women’s luxury fashion brand rooted in modern African design, is looking for a strategic and solutions‑driven Head of Operations to support its next phase of global growth. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will bring calm, structure and operational excellence to a fast‑moving, founder‑led business operating across London, Lagos and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve daily operations across production, logistics, fulfilment, inventory and customer experience.
• Design, implement and maintain operational systems, workflows and SOPs.
• Manage timelines, cross‑department communication and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Coordinate inventory movement, fulfilment planning and operational logistics.
• Partner with production teams and suppliers to boost efficiency.
• Support launch execution, project management and operational planning.
• Enhance customer experience processes including shipping, returns and communications.
• Identify operational gaps, create reporting structures and reduce founder dependency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in operations, business or project management, preferably in fashion, luxury or fast‑growing founder‑led companies.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who remains calm under pressure.
• Experience managing teams, timelines and operational processes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with international teams or markets is highly valued.
