Head of Talent Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Talent Recruitment to lead our internal recruiting function within a fast‑growing fashion business. Reporting to the Co‑Founders, you will own the full‑cycle hiring process, shape our employer brand and ensure a positive experience for every candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Co‑Founders and department heads to define current and future hiring needs.
• Write and publish job ads on LinkedIn, Instagram, Business of Fashion, Fashion Workie and other relevant channels.
• Source, screen and interview candidates through telephone, structured and group formats.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates, hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates to hiring managers and HR leadership.
• Update job descriptions and define qualification criteria in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Deliver interview feedback and support new‑hire onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an internal recruiter or similar role within the fashion or creative sector.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and creative talent markets.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously with excellent organisational skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with a can‑do mindset.
