HGV Technician – Normanton

About the role

Scania is looking for a skilled HGV Technician to join its Normanton workshop. You will work on a 4‑on‑4‑off day shift (06:00‑18:00) maintaining and repairing a range of heavy commercial vehicles. Key responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, routine maintenance and fault repairs on HGVs and related vehicle types.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Work within the 4‑on‑4‑off day shift schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean workshop environment in line with health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Experienced HGV technician or a technician seeking to move into the HGV sector.
• Relevant qualifications or proven experience with HGV, LCV, car, agricultural, plant or military vehicles.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
