About the role
Reed Education is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support a range of primary schools in the Leeds area. You will work alongside teachers to create a nurturing environment that helps students achieve their educational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the classroom for each session in collaboration with class teachers.
- Provide small‑group or one‑to‑one support to pupils as required.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and record‑keeping.
- Support behaviour management strategies within the classroom.
Required profile
- Patient and able to build strong relationships with children.
- Empathetic, kind, caring and approachable.
- Experience working with special‑needs students.
- Strong behavioural management abilities.
