Hospitality Recruiter – London

About the role

We are seeking a Hospitality Recruiter to join Restaurant Associates in London. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for operational, hospitality and culinary positions, helping us attract top talent for our premium catering and hospitality brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational, hospitality and culinary roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key hospitality and catering positions.
• Use recruitment data and insights to track performance and improve processes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Organise and support hiring events to promote the brand and attract talent.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house.
• Previous experience recruiting for hospitality or catering roles is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and current hiring market trends.
