Join the award‑winning Gordon Ramsay restaurant at The Mere and deliver warm, polished, and memorable service. You will guide guests through the food and beverage offering, maintain impeccable presentation, and uphold the signature style expected in a 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an extraordinary service experience in line with the highest industry standards.
• Assist guests with menu choices, offering informative and enthusiastic recommendations.
• Take reservations accurately and in a friendly manner.
• Boost revenue through upselling and creative initiatives.
• Share knowledge of promotions, preparation methods, and Gordon Ramsay restaurant concepts.
• Follow all health and safety policies when handling food and beverage.
• Perform administrative duties such as printing menus and managing stationery requisitions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Passion for 5‑star hospitality and the ability to deliver it consistently.
• Empathetic, able to build rapport and read each guest’s desired level of interaction.
• Quick thinking, resourceful, and capable of solving problems in the moment.
• Calm, courteous, and able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
