Housekeeper – Care Home (Cadbury Heath, Bristol)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Housekeeper to join our dedicated team at a purpose‑built care home in Cadbury Heath, Bristol. You will help create a clean, safe and homely environment for our residents, supporting their wellbeing each day.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the care home at all times.
• Perform deep‑cleaning, routine cleaning of individual rooms, en‑suites and communal areas.
• Carry out laundry duties and assist with kitchen cleaning tasks as required.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure a happy, homely atmosphere for residents.

Required profile

• No previous experience required – training will be provided.
• Reliability, compassion and a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to engage with residents and respect their dignity.
