Housekeeper (Part Time 24 Hours)

About the role

The Housekeeper ensures the overall cleanliness and appearance of the residential community, covering external litter, internal communal areas, reception, office spaces and shared amenities. The role contributes directly to a positive resident experience by maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a friendly, supportive team to keep the community clean.
• Respond promptly to resident queries and direct them to the appropriate contact when needed.
• Clean reception areas, offices, common spaces and restrooms on a regular schedule.
• Perform daily inspections of amenity areas and clean any identified issues.
• Carry out a full litter pick across all external areas each day.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Support other community team members with additional cleaning tasks as required.
