About the role

The Housekeeping Floor Porter joins the dedicated Housekeeping team at Rosewood London, supporting the smooth operation of guest areas and storage spaces. Working approximately 40 hours across five days, the role focuses on delivering a refined and intuitive service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and arrange supplies in pantries for daily operations.
• Assist the floor supervisor and housekeepers in maintaining guest rooms, public areas, fire exits, stairways, and service rooms to hotel standards.
• Report progress using the provided communications device.
• Fulfil guest requests promptly and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail without compromising quality.
• Passion for guest service and ownership of the guest experience.
• Team‑player who builds positive relationships.
• Organised and proactive in task management.
