HR Advisor – Birmingham

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our fast‑growing team in Birmingham. You will play a pivotal part in delivering a full generalist HR service while supporting key projects that drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive generalist HR service to the business.
• Develop strong relationships with line managers and key stakeholders.
• Offer advice, guidance and coaching on HR best practices, processes and procedures.
• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness and performance matters.
• Stay up‑to‑date with employment legislation and implement policy changes as required.
• Analyse and compile management information to support decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities for change and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated hands‑on HR and employee‑relations experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
