About the role
Join an award‑winning consultancy as an HR Advisor working alternative weekends and evening shifts. Provide professional HR and employment law advice to clients across Great Britain and Northern Ireland, delivering compliant solutions via phone and email.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver legally compliant HR and employment law advice to clients.
- Respond to client enquiries by telephone and email within contractual SLA.
- Record advice accurately in case management systems.
- Draft ad‑hoc letters and documentation for clients where appropriate.
- Highlight non‑compliant options and explain associated risks.
- Attend legal briefings and internal training to stay up‑to‑date.
- Take ownership of cases from intake to resolution.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients.
- Self‑motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Availability to work alternative weekends and evening shifts.

What we offer
- Competitive salary £32,000‑£35,000 per year, reviewed twice annually.
