HR Advisor – Weekends & Evenings (Remote)

About the role

Join an award‑winning consultancy that specialises in HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety. This full‑time, remote position works evenings and weekends, providing professional advice to clients across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legally compliant HR and Employment Law advice via telephone and email.
• Analyse client queries, highlight non‑compliant options and explain associated risks.
• Take ownership of cases from initial contact to resolution, recording advice accurately in the relevant databases.
• Draft ad‑hoc letters and support documentation implementation for clients.
• Attend legal briefings and internal training to keep advice up‑to‑date.
• Maintain self‑study to stay current with legislative changes and best practice.

Required profile

• Experienced HR Advisor with a solid understanding of UK Employment Law.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Commitment to meeting contractual SLA response times.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
